· A member of the original design team of five at the Sketch Design Stage for the Underwater World Langkawi Extension Project. Managed to secure the project for the firm.
· Detailed Design of the Ticketing Booth for the Underwater World Langkawi Project.
· Proposal for the Interior and the Private Garden of the Master Suite, of a 5-storey Detached House at Tanjung Bungah, Penang.
· Detailed Interior Design at later stages of the 5-storey Detached House.
· Proposal for a Resort Development at Langkawi.

Management & Site Evaluation
· Assisted in the evaluation of the construction of the Underwater World project, managed to pinpoint the conflicting works of different specialists and contractors, thus, minimizing further damage.
· Conducting site evaluation and analysis independently both for the resort and the Underwater World project in Langkawi.
